Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account, book a camper, or contact our team — name, email, phone, identity document, and the details of the campers you register. We also collect technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill bookings, communicate with you about your reservations, send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, refunds), and improve our service. Sensitive details about campers (allergies, medical notes) are accessible only to admin staff and the on-site team.

Who we share with

Booking and payment data is shared with Scape Park as the merchant of record. We use Resend for email delivery, Sentry for error monitoring, PostHog for product analytics, and Cloudflare for content delivery. We never sell your information.

Cookies, analytics, and session replay

We use a small set of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, hold your cart, and remember your language. Optional cookies power our analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics) and session replay — a feature that records mouse movement, clicks, and form interactions to help us debug issues. We never record passwords or payment fields. The cookie banner on first visit lets you opt in or out; you can also clear the `fc_consent` cookie in your browser to be asked again. If you decline, the site works exactly the same — bookings, account, and email all keep working.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to us. Camper records are retained for up to twelve months after the last attended program for safety and legal purposes.
