Scope

These terms govern your use of forestcampers.com and the services Forest Camp provides. By booking a camper, purchasing gear, or registering for any activity, you agree to these terms and to the cancellation policy.

Camper conduct

We expect campers to follow staff instructions, respect their peers, and care for the natural environment. Forest Camp may end a participation early — without refund — in case of dangerous or repeatedly disruptive conduct.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Scape Park as the merchant of record. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our published cancellation policy.

Liability

Activities at Forest Camp involve outdoor adventure. By signing the parental consent and the in-person waiver, the parent or legal guardian accepts the inherent risks of the activities. Forest Camp carries appropriate insurance and has medical staff on-site during operating hours.
