Política de cancelación

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations, refunds, credits, and returns for products and services related to Forest Camp's educational programs — recreation and soft-skills development in natural settings.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all customers who have purchased a spot in any program, workshop, camp, or experience, as well as Forest Camp's official products and services.

3. Definitions

• Customer: The person or entity purchasing the program.
• Program: The educational outdoor activity offered by Forest Camp.
• Start date: The scheduled first day of the program.
• Credit: An amount held in the customer's favor for future use within Forest Camp.

4. Cancellation policy

4.1 Cancellations at least three (3) weeks before the start date

If the customer cancels at least three (3) weeks before the program's start date, one of the following applies:

• A penalty of 30% of the total amount paid will be applied; or
• The customer may instead convert the total amount paid into a credit for future use.

4.2 Cancellations within three (3) weeks of the start date

If the customer cancels within three (3) weeks of the program's start date:

• A penalty of 50% of the program's total value will be applied;
• The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

5. Use of credits

• Credits must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance.
• Credits are transferable.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Cancellations by Forest Camp

If Forest Camp cancels or reschedules a program due to force majeure (extreme weather, safety, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances), the customer will be offered rescheduling at no cost or a full credit. Alternatively, a full refund may be granted when appropriate.

7. No-show

A customer's failure to attend without prior notification will be treated as a late cancellation, with the terms in section 4.2 applying.

8. Amendments

Forest Camp reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any change will be communicated promptly and will not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

By purchasing any of our programs, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this cancellation policy. The Spanish version remains the legally binding text.
